After working across a range of roles in health and community services, the vision for Oxalis Community Services began to take shape. It was shaped not only by years of experience, but by real moments — including working closely with a participant living with Multiple Sclerosis, an experience that left a lasting impression and reinforced the importance of truly personalised, compassionate care.
That experience became the foundation of what Oxalis stands for today. A service built with intention — one that understands that behind every support plan is a person, a family and a story that deserves to be heard and respected.

Our History
Oxalis Community Services was founded with a deep commitment to enhancing the lives of those living with a disability through personalized and high-quality care. As a Registered NDIS Provider, our team boasts over 30 years of combined professional experience in the disability industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our NDIS support services. Throughout our journey, we have built strong networks with relevant professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and comprehensive support for our participants. Oxalis is currently experiencing organic growth across Darwin and we are proud of our history and look forward to working with you!
